To configure an unlisted MSN client in SimpLite/SimpPro 2.2.0 and higher, open the configuration window (File > Configure...) then click IM clients.

Enable Other MSN client by clicking on its left.

You will then have to configure your MSN client to use a SOCKS4 proxy, host: 127.0.0.1, port: 11863.
