means that Simp is not connected to any IM network. Check your settings or start again the Configuration wizard from the Programs > Secway > Simp folder in the Start menu.

means that Simp is in bypass mode. Bypass mode is a special mode where messages are passed verbatim to the IM servers without any encryption. Note that unless requested by the technical support, bypass mode shouldn't be activated and isn't by default. It is possible to disable Bypass mode by going to the File menu, then Configure..... Uncheck Bypass mode and validate. |
