 | In some cases, MSN Messenger 7 BETA stores values in the registry that are not understood by SimpLite/Pro. Connection is then impossible if SimpLite/Pro is enabled.
To correct the problem, open File | Configure... in Simp and select the Connection tab. Uncheck Automatically detect settings if it is checked. If you are connecting to the Internet through a proxy server, enter the proxy parameters.
If it still does not work, please verify that your personal firewall is configured to grant Simp Internet access. |
